Play & Grow Ph offers CASH ON DELIVERY for small items and PAYMENT FIRST for medium and bulk items.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Play & Grow Ph delivers your package to your home first via LBC then you can pay upon receiving it. The delivery staff will collect the payment.
Please be reminded that any of the delivery staff is not our employe. They won't be able to answer questions about the items that you have order from Play & Grow Ph.
If you have any issues or complains about your order, please contact us right away and we will be more than willing to assist you immediately.
PAYMENT FIRST
For our bulk items like Playpens, Pikler Gym, BunkBeds, etc... we exceed the regular dimensions for cod. Shipping fee will be higher than your purchased item unless you are still willing to proceed. We usually collect payment first then we deliver your package via Bus To Bus Terminal For Luzon ( Plus Delivery Fee to Terminal), Sea Cargo for Visayas MIndanao, Or If the client has their preferred courier available.
SHIPPING TIME
Fullfillment Time is 24-48 hours depending on the products availability. Holidays and the current COVID 19 pandemic may affect delivery time.
Delivery time via LBC as follows:
Metro Manila 1-3 Days
Luzon 3-5 Days
Visayas Mindanao 5-7 Days
In some cases, products will be coming overseas and the item usually takes 4-5 weeks to arrive.
For Bus To Bus Terminal depends on the Bus Terminal Schedule, but we will update you the time of arrival on your location to pick up.
For Sea Cargo - 10-15 Days
ORDER CANCELATION
For our cash and delivery shipment, In the event that you need to cancel your order, we can only do under these 2 conditions:
1. Your package is still with us and we have not yet forwarded it to one of our partner courier for delivery.
2. There was no single attempt from our courier to deliver your package after 15 business days and you have not received a confirmation from us.
If you contact Play & Grow Ph to request for cancellation and the status of your order does not meet either of the conditions mentioned above. Play & Grow Ph cannot cancel your order since it is already in the hands of our partner courier.
Play & Grow Ph would not want to resort to any legal means as much as possible to prevent loses cause by its customers or buyers. We ask from everyone to be a responsible buyer and not to abuse the cash on delivery method.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you successfully used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours or more to encode it via 3rd party logistics.
